HAPPY CASTINGS – Cancellation Policy

We completely understand that things happen.  If you are having any health issues (including fever, cold, flu, etc) on the day of your appointment that could put either yourself or us at risk, please let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE prior to the time of your appointment.

Otherwise, 72-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment.  This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment in that time slot.  Since all cast services are by appointment only, a major credit card, debit card is required to hold your appointment. If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice, you will forfeit your deposit.

No-shows

Anyone who fails to show up for a scheduled cast without prior notice is to be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full deposit value amount for the missed appointment.

Late Arrivals

Out of respect and consideration to us and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.  If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a casting. Regardless of the length of the cast actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
